The Topic is interesting. Since we claim the 6th House for younger Maternal Uncle (chote Mama) then we should consider 2nd House for Elder Maternal Uncle (as it is 11th from the the 4th House-Causative for Mother).

And 6th house is about maternal younger sisters and uncles, where as 2nd house is about maternal elder uncle and aunt.
